The Role:

• You will be providing support on a variety of systems, including but not limited to Dell workstations running Windows XP, Office 2003 (mainly Outlook) and Internet Explorer 6.
• You will be a good communicator, willing to help and improve the skills of those around you.
• You will be calm in a crisis and a good planner, looking to avoid potential pitfalls.
• You will also be eager to improve your own skills and develop a good all-round knowledge of your field to grow as the company grows.

You will have:

• 6 months to a year’s experience in end-user, first line support.
• a thorough knowledge of the Windows platform.
• a working knowledge of TCP/IP.
• a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• good communication skills, both verbal and written.
