- Must have Intermediate level skills in Flash with some exposure of Action Scripting
- Must have exposure of different programming languages (eg. JSP. ASP .NET) to work with the developer to integrate UI/designs
- Must have full command of creating HTML ,CSS and Templates
- Strongly preferred Knowledge of Web 2.0 standards and usability
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- Tools used should include: Photoshop or Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Flash, Illustrator or Freehand
