Specialized skills/Qualifications required:

• Degree or equivalent, MBA or Project Management qualification desirable.
• Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in project management
• Excellent analytical skills in determining and documenting user needs and requirements.
• Good communications skills with the ability to convey complex issues to business and technical staff alike.
• Fluent in Arabic and English both spoken& written.
• Manage small projects, ensuring that projects are delivered successfully, on time and within budget.
• Manage relationship with 3rd party vendors/contractors.
• Develop multi-functional skills in staff involved in projects: delegate and empower staff in line with project requirements in order to develop their project management skills.
• Ensure all project work is carried out to high standards.
