Job Description:
The Software Engineer will be responsible for architecture, design and development of software to include requirements analysis, software design, coding, software integration, testing, debug, and maintenance. Software life-cycle development will be based on state-of-the-art technologies, methodologies, and development environments providing solutions in the Java problem domain

Responsibilities :

• You will perform research, planning, design, programming, development and maintenance of computer software systems for auto finance e-commerce business.
• Work with Junior and Senior Software Engineers, Architects, and Business Analysts in a collaborative team environment to design, develop, troubleshoot, test and maintenance of application systems and
• programs with effective and efficient Communication with Our Customer(s)
• Able to handle multiple tasks at one time
• Must be self-motivated and flexible; able to adapt to rapidly changing environment and intermittent heavy client-driven work loads
• Demonstrate ability to solve problems quickly, particularly in stressful situations
• Work extremely well within a cross-functional team environment.
• Work well within structured directive environment, implementing systems reviewed and put in place by senior web developer

Selection Criteria:

• BCS/MCS graduate from a good recognized institution.
• 1~3 yrs proven experience in J2EE, JAVA, JSF, and Hibernate.
• Object-Oriented Analysis, Design, and Programming (OOA, OOD and OOP)
• Database Programming (Stored Procedures, PL-SQL/T-SQL) with MS SQL Server or Oracle
• Analytical Skills with Good level of Communication and Presentation Skills
