Job Description:

- Support and provide superior service via phones & e-mails as a receiver and caller.
- Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication.
- Use an effective approach to resolve issue

Required Skills:

- Fluent in English
- Plus point if able to work with sql server ( queries , scripting, database installation, etc )
- Punctual and Regular / Hard worker
