·Strong Management skills

·PHP, XML, APIs

·JSON / JavaScript / JQuery / AJAX

·SQL or MySQL

·HTML/XHTML 4/5 & CSS 2.0/3

·Working knowledge of eCommerce/payment services providers such as PayPal/SagePay/ Google Checkout/WorldPay

·Knowledge of industry trends including online marketing techniques, such as Google Adwords/Social networking/Twitter/Facebook

·Fluent in English (Written & Oral)

·Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment

·Able to communicate ideas quickly and efficiently to colleagues and clients

Nice to Have Skills:

Memcached, Varnish, APC

Restful APIs

Knowledge of using source control systems

Quick learner with strong problem solving skills

Knowledge of SEO
