* Ability to Generate the Business under Extreme Pressure
* Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power
* Knowledge of latest Web technologies
* Must have Good spoken and written English Communication Skills.
* Should be able to work independently
* Must have knowledge in Web business development Elance, Guru, Odesk, Get a coder, and rent a coder.
