We are looking for one young, dynamic and aggressive person to join our team for the position of a Jr. System Analyst. The applicant must possess following qualities.

1. Bachelors or Masters in Computer Sciences (BCS / BSCS /MCS/ MSCS/ MBA-IT) from a well reputed university.
2. 2 to 3 years of professional experience.
3. Strong concepts of OOP, databases and programming languages.

Job Description:

The candidate must be able to:

1. Elicits requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
2. Communicates and collaborates with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and delivers the following artifacts as needed: Functional Requirements/Business Requirements Document, Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs
3. Understands how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
4. Collaborates with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
5. Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner. Possesses understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.

Skills Required:

ü  MS Visio, RUP or any equivalent designing and word processing tools

ü  Good understanding of business processes

ü  Good at research and finding solutions
