Experience: 10-15 years of experience in relevant field

Responsibilities:

. To deliver and maintain a catalog of product information that meets our client’s expectations and business commitments, day in and day out. . Development of effective project plans and road maps leading to revenue growth and increase in quality of operations
. Overall accountability for end to end delivery from operations
. Ensuring reliability (up-time) of all software systems – including Product Information Management (PIM), Operations Automation , Data Syndication and any other adjacent or sub-systems
. Delivering on committed software systems and catalog enhancements and new construction roadmaps within budget
. Ensuring succession and people development in the organization
. Placing risk mitigation plans to ensure continuity and consistency of quality of operations
