We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with excellent technical, team building and communication skills. The Software Engineering Lead will work on new business initiatives focusing on business social Web products. S/he will work in a remote environment collaborating with US based colleagues to complete assignments from high level requirements. The lead will be responsible for analysis, design, coding and testing of software deliverables in a fast paced startup environment. Supervisory responsibilities include hiring and mentoring junior team members.

- 5 to 10 years of commercial Web product development experience in particular with large volume of data and content.

- Deep understanding of the .NET Framework and C# language

- Solid OO design skills.

- Solid experience with CSS, HTML, AJAX, and JavaScript.

- Experience with Agile development processes and practices

- Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills.

- A passion for high quality results.

- Very high productivity and effective time management.

- Ability to accurately estimate tasks and track team work.

- Ability to communicate accurate status to product managers.

Candidate must be willing and able to take full responsibility for a project or task from concept to completion with minimal supervision. S/he must also have a desire to collaborate, share ideas, and works towards common business goals.
