Experienced Customer Service Representatives required (Karachi-Pakistan).
Required Skills & Experience:
- Candidates with more than 2 years experience of dealing with American or Canadian customers/clients, or working in a similar capacity will be preferred.
- Fluent spoken and written English with a Neutral, American or British accent.
- Good listener with effective communication skills.
- Professional, mature, cooperative and responsible.
- Strong sales skills.
- Effective team player.
- Energetic and customer service oriented.
- Excellent phone etiquette and correspondence skills.
- Must be willing to work weekends and revolving shifts as needed.
- Above average computer skills, candidates familiar with Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook) will be preferred.
Job Description (*including but not limited to):
- Resolving billing issues, disputes and technical failures.
- Coordinating with sales, service and shipping departments
- Providing services and remote support to clients and customers.
- Communicating with clients and customers via phone, email and live chat support.
- Contacting potential clients and customers via phone and email, to persuade them to purchase, retail and or use our products and services.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting.
