Search Engine Optimization Executive

nitGreen Internet Solutions provides range of web services to our clients in Pakistan and internationally. We are looking for very talented SEO expert with minimum one year of proved experience in search engine optimization.  Salary would be 15-20K depending upon experience.

Responsibilities:

  • To conduct keyword, market and competitor research and analysis, using industry tools.
  • Plan on-page and off-page optimisation strategies to achieve high rankings in search engine results pages and increase relevant organic traffic.
  • Develop and implement Search Engine Marketing strategies.
  • Regularly measure the effectiveness of SEO campaigns by interpreting metrics via SEO tools and the intelligent use of web analytics including Google Analytics.
  • Plan and implement social media strategies.
  • Develop and implement link building strategies and programmes and manage link building suppliers worldwide.
  • Plan, manage and report on PPC campaigns.
  • Research and develop ideas for content generation, as well as seeding and submission of the content to relevant sources. Forum/blog/review posting.
  • Plan and implement affiliate program.
  • Research and compete against clients’ competitors worldwide.
  • Plan and implement split testing.
  • Manage relationships with other sites who can provide traffic and links.
  • Client SEO Strategy development.

Required Skills

  • Honest, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong skills of HTML/XHTML/ CSS and knowledge of scripting php etc is plus.
  • Be highly proficient in Microsoft Windows, Office and Macromedia Dreamweaver
  • Web development experience/ understanding especially CMS.
  • Campaign management skills and good Social Media Knowledge.
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics and other SEO software.
  • Ability to negotiate with other websites to secure links and content from our clients.
  • Ability to work independently within a team.
  • MS/Open Office especially Excel skills (VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables).

Desirable

  • Educated to graduate or higher level.
  • Experience with CRO, Split & Multivariate testing.
  • Experience in other areas of online marketing, although not necessary, is desirable.
