Our client is searching for a talented Ruby on Rails developer to design and develop new applications for their stable technology firm. This resource will work on a small team that utilizes this open source framework.

Responsibilities:
* Work with the design team to implement an updated Web UI (CSS and JavaScript based)
* Offer new ideas on technologies or processes to increase usability/functionality

Requirements:
* 4+ years of IT software development experience
* 2+ years of Ruby development in an enterprise environment
* 1+ years of developing applications utilizing a Ruby on Rails framework
* 3+ years of programming in a web language, such as PHP, Java, ASP or ColdFusion
* MYSQL
* JavaScript
* CSS
* AJAX
