Job Profile

  • The Principal / Business Consultant (SAP Billing and CRM for Utilities) is responsible for the successful solution build and delivery of projects and the acquisition of new customers in the area of SAP IS-U.
  • Knowledge about business and process know-how in line with the Utilities experience and best practise know-how in the area of Meter-to-Bill and CRM for Utilities.
  • Typical projects in this area will be Implementation, Rollout, Upgrade, Migration, Template or Enhancement projects.
  • A prerequisite is the comprehensive process know-how in the area of Meter-to-Bill and CRM for Utilities in accordance with deep SAP IS-U implementation and solution design experience.
  • The Principal / Business Consultant furthermore is responsible for a successful set-up and initiation of a new project (by supporting the project management). Responsibles to guarantee high quality project services for our customers.

  • The FICA Senior Consultant will consult in medium to large sized projects with high strategic relevance for customers in the area of Utilities.
  • He will significantly support the project with his special business and process know-how in line with his experience and deep solution know-how gathered over several years in the area of Financials and Contract Accounting (FICA) for Utilities.
  • Typical projects in this area will be Implementation, Rollout, Upgrade, Migration, Template or Enhancement projects.
  • The Senior Consultant will act as expert for technical solution realization and will be responsible for specific technical sub-topics.
  • Also he will be responsible as Team Lead for the on time and budget realization of these sub-topics.
  • He supports the project management as well as the Principal/Business Consultant with his expert knowledge.
