1. Must have proven track record with numerous projects using: C#,  ASP.Net, XML, HTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript
2. Must have worked with third party tools, such as RAD controls/Telerik
3. Thorough understanding of Object Oriented programming techniques
4. Good in writing SQL Queries/Procedures/Triggers and excellent Database concepts with Normalization
5. Must be able to deliver within high stressed environments and tight deadlines
