Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Develop a highly motivated technology leadership team

- Directly manage a team of 20+ developers.

- Direct interaction with clients in the US.

- Work to improve the PDLC (SDLC) processes to ensure that products are delivered with high quality and with a shorter overall time to market

- Manage the strategic planning and scheduling for the team

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have atleast 2 years of experience leading web development teams and interacting with clients internationally and should also have atleast 2 years of experience in software development.  The individual should also have proven leadership skills in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

- Proven record of developing high performing technical teams

- 2+ years experience managing a web development or software engineering team.

- 2+ years experience with the software development lifecycle: product specification, design, implementation, qa, release

- Experience in web development, including Web Standards, DHTML, JavaScript and CSS is a big plus

- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical people

- Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver in a fast paced multi-project environment

- BS/BA in Computer Science, or related discipline

Desired:

- PMP certification is a definite plus

- Understanding of PHP and .net

Job Timings:

- Job timings for this position are from 10 AM to 7 PM or from 3 PM to 12 AM so there is a choice of morning or evening shift.

- Total time per day is 9 hours (including 1-hour break for lunch / dinner, prayer etc.), 5 days a week (Sat. & Sun. off).

- Timings are flexible and one can complete daily hours by working partially or fully from home as well (occasionally).

- In case of additional workload, the person should be willing to work extra hours (we pay over time) at work or from home and therefore needs to have a reasonable speed of Computer and Internet connection of his/her own.
