1. Senior Software Engineer (Java/J2EE)
Active Capital IT is looking for talented and motivated individuals to join as Sr. J2EE Developers. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years experience in software development with an emphasis on OO design.
•    Strong Java / J2EE Skills
•    Strong Object Oriented concepts
•    Design Patterns Theoretical and Practical Knowledge
•    Demonstrated ability to develop and implement complex enterprise class applications using Java & J2EE technologies.
•    Proficiency with Hibernate, Spring, CXF frameworks
•    JavaScript / extJS (Preferred)
•    Knowledge of PostGres and /or Oracle (preferred)
•    Candidates must be strong developers with active coding and designing skills.
•    Research Oriented, Self Motivated
•    Good communication skills
•    BS in computer science or above
•    Compensation package can be up to Rs. 150,000 per month

2. IPhone / Mobile Application Developer
1-3 years experience in Mobile / IPhone development.
•    Excellent in Apple Development APIs like (Cocoa, Core Foundation, Core Graphics)
•    IPhone SDK 3.0, XCode
•    Objective-C 2.0
•    SQL Lite
•    JavaScript (WebKit API)
•    Strong Object Oriented concepts
•    Experience writing multi-threaded applications
•    Research Oriented, Self Motivated
•    Can demonstrate sample of works
•    Good communication skills
•    BS in computer science or above
•    Candidates not having all the above skill sets may still apply if they show exceptional learning skills and a “learn quick” attitude and approach.
•    Compensation package can be up to Rs. 100,000 per month
