US based company looking for web Developer for their Pakistan Office

our company is looking for an experienced PHP Software Engineer for Web Application Development. Candidate must be able to self manage and work by himself as well as within a team.
Other Requirements:
- At least 2 years of real experience in web development
- Must have worked at least 2 years on PHP, MYSQL
- Prior experience in a web development company is required
- Strong in HTML, CSS and database design skills
- Highly skilled in PHP4 & PHP5, MySQL
- Skilled in JavaScript, DHTML, CSS is a must. AJAX is good to have
- Preferred experience with oscommerce, WordPress, Joomla , Drupal, phpBB, osCommerce, PHP-Blogger and such will be preferred
