The person must have following qualities:

  • Having good people’s skills
  • Innovative thinking capability
  • Non-traditional approach – Agile (we don’t want uncles and papas of QA)

Should have a knowledge of:

  • SQA methodologies/processes
  • Quality Metrics and their Implementation techniques
  • Type of applications (he/she should have worked on, as a QA):
  • Web Applications
  • Flash or Silverlight based applications

Nice to have experience on:

  • Interactive Applications
  • Collaborative Platforms e.g. Webex, LiveMeeting, GotoMeeting
  • Rich Media (mainly video) based applications e.g. Youtube

Should have experience up to:

  • 1-2 year (or more)
