Telesales Representative

We are a growing company located in California and are looking for telesales superstars to help continue our success! Our clients are hospitals, old homes, physicians and medical companies in USA.

For the telesales position, we are looking for a “natural” salesperson on the phone, who is well versed in prospecting (including cold calling), proposal preparation, follow up and sales closing techniques. This position demands a great amount of phone work, and the right candidate must demonstrate an innate ability to represent his or herself, and the company, through a strong phone presence.

Desired Skills:

• Well versed in conversational English
• Strong cold calling skills required as well as an organized approach to sales development.
• Previous medical or health care industry sales experience is a big plus
• A Sales Hunter – this is a new business acquisition position
• A minimum of 2 years of professional B2B or B2C telesales experience required
• A stable work history
• Very professional with high energy level and hungry personality
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
