POSITION          .NET Software Engineer

 

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a full time .NET Software Engineer with 1-2 years of experience. The candidate should have strong grip on ASP.Net, Ajax and in depth knowledge of .Net technologies. Web-based and dashboard reporting experienced is a must. The ability to work on sharp deadlines is crucial. This position reports to the Project Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

·         Develop web/windows based applications using ASP.Net/VB/C#. Must have C# and SQL Server experience. Developer’s Platform ASP.NET 2.0, C#, Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2005, MS SQL Server 2005, Component Art, ADO.NET, IIS.

·         Development on Middle layer components, Business Logic Layer, Presentation layer using Microsoft .Net technology

·         Develop Data Access components and Data Access Layers.

·         Developed presentation layer using ASP.NET Web Form controls, user controls.

JOB SPECIFICATION

The ideal candidate must have the following skills:- 

·         C#.Net/VB.Net, ASP.NET 2.0 and above, JavaScript, ASP.NET AJAX/CSS, XML/XSLT

·         Oracle, SQL Server 2000/2005, MYSQL and ADO.NET.

·         Crystal Reports/Web Services

·         Sound Concepts of OOP

·         Knowledge of Silver light, .Net 3.5 framework, expression, LINQ will be plus

·         Involved in the design and implementation of the Application.

·         Used vision for creating the class diagram for the Application.

·         Implemented the application layer using ASP.NET and C#.

·         Developed presentation layer using ASP.NET Web Form controls, user controls.

·         Sort able & Collapsible Data grids (Component Art) were used to display information from the SQL server.

·         Used Data Adapters, Datasets and Command & Connection Objects of ADO.NET to manipulate Data in the SQL Server Database.

·         Used the User control in different pages of the application.

·         Used .NET Validation controls to perform Form validations.

·         Performed Unit Testing to ensure a quality product.

Web-based .Net experience.
