* We are Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for Mobility and Website Solutions competency and we IMMEDIATELY need multiple “ASP.NET Senior Web Developers/Lead” to start working with us as soon as possible for our various clients in USA. The ideal candidate must have following capabilities:

Required skills:
* MUST be a Computer Science / MIS / IT Graduate.

* Must have at least 2 years (Developer) / 4 years (Lead) of proven professional industry experience working on ASP.NET Web Development Projects and managing .NET Development team.

* Must be comfortable working with ASP.NET with C# as well as VB.NET and MS SQL database website projects.

* Must have good English communication skills as the person will be communicating with our US clients on daily basis on phone / emails / Instant Messengers.

* Must be a self starter with ability to work independently.

Desired Skills:
* Experience of Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 and experience of WCF and WPF is ideal.
* Experience of Microsoft Dynamics or any other ERP solution (specifically CRM and Accounting modules) and their integration with web applications is ideal.
* Knowledge of some or all of following will be an added advantage: PayPal, Google Checkout, Payment Gateways, Shopping Carts, API, Web Services, XML, AJAX, URL Rewriting, Cron Jobs, Triggers, Stored Procedures, XHTML, SEO, Blogs, RSS Feeds, Podcasts.

* Experience of working with other programming languages specially PHP or ASP Classic will be a definite plus.

Job Timings:
* Job timings for this position are from 10 AM to 7 PM or from 3 PM to 12 AM so there is a choice of morning or evening shift.

* Total time per day is 9 hours (including 1 hour break for lunch / dinner, prayer etc.), 5 days a week (Sat. & Sun. off).

* Timings are flexible and one can complete daily hours by working partially or fully from home as well (sometimes).

* In case of additional work load, the person should be willing to work extra hours (we pay over time) at work or from home and therefore needs to have a reasonable speed of Computer and Internet connection of his/her own.

Compensation:
* The selected candidate will be offered handsome 5-figure salary.

* Successful completion with due quality and within the given deadline will bring handsome 4-figure bonuses on an ongoing basis.

* In case of additional workload, there is also a provision of work-from-home in addition to office work and get compensated for additional efforts.
