* We are Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for Mobility and Website Solutions competency and we IMMEDIATELY need “SEO Expert” to start working with us as soon as possible for our client in USA. The ideal candidate must have following capabilities:

Required skills:
* MUST be a Computer Science / MIS / IT graduate.

* Must have at least 5 years of proven professional industry experience working on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Projects preferably for North American / European clients / Projects.
* Experience of SEO for large scale websites (1,000+ web pages) with successful track record will be required for selection.

* Must be able to evaluate the project, make recommendations, guide the future direction of the Internet Marketing effort, research, bring and apply advance ethical SEO concepts for Revenue generation and higher traffic.

* Must have good English communication skills as the person will be communicating with our US clients on daily basis on phone / emails / Instant Messengers.

* Must be a self starter with ability to work independently as well as somebody who can build a SEO team for our client.

* This position requires somebody who is extremely detail oriented and proactive with can-do attitude.

* Some knowledge of xHTML, W3C Compliant CSS, and languages like ASP.NET or PHP is required.

Job Timings:
* Job timings for this position can be either from 10 AM to 7 PM or from 3 PM to 12 AM so there is a choice of morning or evening shift. However, there can be a requirement of availability during late hours for communication with clients at least once a week.

* Total time per day is 9 hours (including 1 hour break for lunch / dinner, prayer etc.), 5 days a week (Sat. & Sun. off).

* Timings are flexible and one can complete daily hours by working partially or fully from home as well (sometimes).

* In case of additional work load, the person should be willing to work extra hours (we pay over time) at work or from home and therefore the person needs to have a reasonable speed of Computer and Internet connection of his/her own.

Compensation:
* The selected candidate will be offered competitive salary commensurate to the experience.

* Successful completion with due quality and within the given deadline will bring handsome 4-figure bonuses on an ongoing basis.

* In case of additional workload, there is also a provision of work-from-home in addition to office work and get compensated for additional efforts.
