Location: Malir – Karachi , Pakistan

Job Description:

The Trainer will be responsible for training new hires for international projects on product knowledge (Inbound & Outbound), CS skills, Sales Techniques & also refresher trainings for existing employees.

Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

  • Proven track record and understanding of Sales / CS campaigns and Call Center environment.
  • Prior experience of training agents in a call center (minimum 1 year)
  • Extensive communication and language skills
  • Strong command over verbal and spoken English
  • Good working exposure of Microsoft office and internet
  • Good analysis skills

Required Qualification / Experience:

  • At least bachelor’s degree
  • Well groomed personality
  • Call center experience (Minimum 2 years)
