Job Description:
Develop, execute, track & maintain ‘Natural’ search engine optimization campaigns. The position has a focus on SEO, PPC campaigns as well as Social Networking sites and you will be responsible to drive traffic to the company website, generate leads and increase online revenues. You must have experience in this field analyzing, strategizing, and executing web marketing activities.

Responsibilities
•    TITLE and META tagging
•    Building and managing keyword lists
•    Establishing targeting parameters
•    Providing strategic insight through regular reports.
•    Analyzing and recommending specific search engine optimization enhancements to assist with natural or algorithmic search engine placements
•    Gathering industry research for search engine strategy development and positioning
•    Analyze traffic, lead flow for web sites and make adjustments as needed.
•    Provide well defined technical, design, content, optimization strategies for search engine improvement that maximizes ROI and increases the rank of SEO and effectiveness of PPC campaigns
•    Research and generate keywords with tools like Word Tracker or Google Keywords to match relevant content pages for SEO and PPC campaigns
•    Monitor / optimize SEM lead acquisition campaigns to meet and exceed our weekly & monthly traffic & lead volume targets
•    Provide SEO guidance in technical areas such as server infrastructure, website structure and page construction, url structure, internal linking, CSS, JavaScript referencing and programming standards.
•    Examine the linking environment and craft a plan for the acquisition and optimization of inbound links
•    Build and test new ads and landing pages
•    Manage email marketing campaigns
•    Initiate Viral Marketing over the web
•    Troubleshoot search engine index ability issues
•    Analyze competitive sites
•    Write site and search ad copy
•    Document search engine optimization strategies and procedures.

Skills Required:
•    At least 1 year paid inclusion and natural search engine optimization experience
•    Functional knowledge of HTML/css, javascript
•    Knowledge of pay-per-click environments a plus
•    Proficiency in Web Trends, Google Analytics a plus
•    Previous experience with keyword research, density analysis, reporting and link building tools
•    In-depth knowledge of and interest in SEO and online media; up-to-date with latest industry trends, technology and changes.
•    Conversion focused lead acquisition analyzes using Google Analytics, Adwords Editor, &
•    Google AdWords Cross-Channel Tracking for non-Google Campaigns
•    Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies
•    Proven track record of successful SEO strategy and implementation
•    Maintain a deep commitment to ethical white-hat SEO methods and techniques.
