Job Description:

a) Taking care of all the servers (Linux and Windows).

b) Implementation of Load Balancing / Distributing, Clustering or other best practice techniques to keep memory and CPU consumption upto minimal.

c) Develop and apply Data Backup Strategies for the hosted websites, security concerns, zero downtime strategies.

d) Database Optimization,  Query Indexing.

e) Network Intrusion Detection / Hack Preventive measures.

f) Keep Server Software up to date (For e.g. PHP, mySQL, Apache and other software). This would ensure we maintain our PCI Compliance Status.

g) Manage MS-Exchange Server / ISA Server / Domain Controllers / Active Directory.

h) Manage the network of around 150 computers (Including Wired and Wireless).

i) Data Security Measures.

j) Troubleshooting Network Problems, Routers, Switches and other wireless and wired equipment.

k) Troubleshooting Common PC hardware and software problems, OS and software installation.

l) Manage Firewall and Virus Protection.

m) Manage Call Centre Telephony Software.
