Lakson Business Solutions Limited is looking for “Business Development Executives” for its Karachi office.

• Need a minimum of 2 years experience preferably on Microsoft based Technology Sales.
• Must have sound understanding of the GCC business world

Main duties of the post
• Develop new business relationships; generate new income for the company.
• Responsible for the lead generation, overall service delivery, revenue targets and profitability.
• Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the project manager.
• Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following our procedures.

Skills
• Proven success in sales & business development
• Confident negotiator and ability to ‘close the deal’
• Understanding of technology and vertical platforms in order to strategize & craft solutions (along with technical teams) to match customer needs.
• A positive & determined approach for researching and analyzing new opportunities
• Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual
