Job Description:

  • End to end management of the recruitment process for all internal and external hires, from graduate to experiences/ professional hires.
  • Search, screen and interview potential technical candidates for current and future positions.
  • Structuring and negotiation of compensation with successful candidates and Hiring Managers.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationship with clients, candidates and HR colleagues.
  • Providing regular reporting updates and attending appropriate business management meetings.
  • Constantly collecting market intelligence based on information gathered through interviewing candidates and liaising with other recruitment agencies to be shared with Management.
  • Delivery of specific general human resources and recruitment projects as required.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Interviewing & recruiting experience will be preferred.
  • Candidates having knowledge of IT & Telecom will be preferred.
