Job Description:
Hands-on experience of developing web based software solutions using Java and Oracle. The candidate must have leadership qualities for mentoring and leading a team of software engineers. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of working experience. He/She should be able to do programming on his/her own and he/she should be capable to provide technical lead to the software developers on continuous basis.
The candidate should be self-motivated with a positive frame of mind and having lot of energy and dynamism in his/her personality. Preference will be given to those with strong work background in Web Application Development & proficient programming skills in Java technologies and Oracle.
The ideal candidate will possess the following key skills:

• At least 4 years of hands-on software development experience in Java and Oracle
• Well versed with the entire software development life cycle (SDLC)
• System Analysis and requirement gathering background
• Project scheduling, monitoring and control
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Work closely with key members of the team, to ensure projects are completed on time and quality, and that deliverables match the business requirements

Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Sciences
Experience: Minimum 4 years
