Mentor Graphics Pakistan Development (Private) Limited is the Pakistan Office of Mentor Graphics Corporation, the third largest EDA Vendor in the world. It has various groups working on developing device driver’s, compilers, debuggers/host simulation tools and communication/networking protocols etc. and porting those to various architectures like PPC, ARM, ColdFire, Xilinx/Altera FPGAs etc.

Working since 1999, Mentor Graphics Pakistan office based at Lahore has experienced rapid growth and further expansion is planned for upcoming year.

Currently we have an opening for an entry level temporary/contract position of Associate Software Development Engineer in our QA group. For this position we are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, innovative and self motivated person who can dare to take on challenges and has a strong will to excel. The formal requirements for the position include:

• BS/MS degree in CS/CE
• Expertise in C/C++ (Java is a plus)
• Interest in test automation
• Good Operating System Concepts.
• Good concepts in Computer Architecture/Networks (Knowledge of Databases is a plus)
• Knowledge of software processes/testing techniques
• Quick learner
• Team player with great interpersonal skills
