Expected competences

•    Expert level work experience with RIA (Rich Internet applications)

•    Expert level work experience with Adobe Flex Builder 3

•    Design tools in general

Other skills and competences

•    Knowledge and work with Visual Source save 2005, favorable if also experience with Team System 2008 source control

•    Necessary knowledge about VPN (virtual private network) and working remotely and/or via virtual machines.

•    Knowledge and adapted principles of Object Oriented Analysis, Design and programming (OOA, OOD and OOP).

•    Works structured and has great sense of responsibly

•    Task description is a must and any work done must be described and approved before any proceed-ing.

•    Ongoing documentation through all phases of a task.
