Expected competences

•    Visual Studio 2005 and 2008

•    Familiar with and has worked with Iron Speed Designer. In-depth knowledge of Iron Speed and auto generated code.

•    Database design, SQL and data modeling (Expert level)

The auto generated code failed to fulfill all the costumers need therefore it needs modification and adjustment. Therefore we need expert level skills and knowledge in:

•    Has worked with customization of Iron Speed auto generated code

•    Customization of the application

•    Changing the behavior of standard features

•    All in all can work on expert level with Iron Speed and customization according to the possibilities in Iron Speed Designer.

Other skills and competences

•    Knowledge and work with Visual Source save 2005, favorable if also experience with Team System 2008 source control

•    Necessary knowledge about VPN (virtual private network) and working remotely and/or via virtual machines.

•    Knowledge and adapted principles of Object Oriented Analysis, Design and programming (OOA, OOD and OOP).

•    Works structured and has great sense of responsibly

•    Task description is a must and any work done must be described and approved before any proceeding.

•    Ongoing documentation through all phases of a task.
