We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who has a solid knowledge of IT recruiting in IT industry with knowledge of a variety of technologies (.NET, PHP), and a demonstrated ability to locate talent for harder to find skill sets (i.e. CRM) a plus.

Qualifications Required:

• BS/MBA(MIS) from a reputed university
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English – written and spoken
• Must be flexible in work timings to accommodate some overlap with US hours
• Minimum 3 - 4 years of IT technical recruiting experience with strong network within the IT community
• Ability to develop relationship with candidates
• Effective interview methodology
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of IT terminology
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to work in fast paced environment and multi-task.
• Strong listening skills

IS Consultant [Job Code: IS-100]

Skills Required:

• Technical architecture design of project.
• Preferably good understanding of CMMI process.
• Expertise in the primary consulting area, in particular Microsoft infrastructure technologies like Exchange Server, Active
• Directory, SCCM, and SCOM.
• Strong Technical Knowledge of various Microsoft competencies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies (MOSS, BizTalk, and EPM) will be a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills.
• System and Business Analysis Skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients, team members, project managers to deliver successful Consultancy / IS projects.
• Perform presale activities i.e. prepare technical part and timelines of the proposal, presentation/demo and deliver presentations and demos to the clients.
• Conduct research & development and keep updates on the emerging technologies related to assigned domain.
• Process compliance and MIS reporting of Technology Skills Matrix, Resource Assignment Requests, Resource Availability, Forecast Reports etc.
• Ensure improvement and optimization of processes covering various activities of IS Group.

Education: BS/MS in Computer Engineering/Science

Experience: Minimum 5 years overall experience with 3 years in the primary area, appropriate certification in the primary area desirable

Salary Range: KR 70,000/= (Negotiable) with benefits and Medical.
