Job Description:
- Create, update, review and deliver technical user documentation required to support
- Plan and schedule documentation delivery within timeliness established by release schedule.
- Proof and edit deliverables from other team members to ensure consistency
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects and subject matter experts to understand and document client work flows, requirements and application design
- Prepare User Guides, Getting Started Guides, Training Guides, and other training materials, Online Help, and any other documents as required
- Work with clients (online and over the phone) to assess requirements, prepare meeting minutes and write concise and clear requirements / functional specifications documents
- Work within a corporate environment that values and promotes teamwork and customer-driven to help develop our software, services, and documentation.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 2+ year’s experience in a similar position preparing RS and FS documents
- Advance copy writing/editing experience
- Understanding of software engineering life-cycle
- Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio
- Portfolio of previous work
- Exceptional written, oral communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, team focused and extremely detail-oriented
