Job Description:
Create, update, review and deliver technical user documentation required to support

Plan and schedule documentation delivery within timeliness established by release schedule.

Proof and edit deliverables from other team members to ensure consistency

Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects and subject matter experts to understand and document client work flows, requirements and application design

Prepare User Guides, Getting Started Guides, Training Guides, and other training materials, Online Help, and any other documents as required

Work with clients (online and over the phone) to assess requirements, prepare meeting minutes and write concise and clear requirements / functional specifications documents

Work within a corporate environment that values and promotes teamwork and customer-driven to help develop our software, services, and documentation.

Skills Required:

- Minimum 1-2 year’s experience in a similar position preparing RS and FS documents
- Advance copy writing/editing experience
- Understanding of software engineering life-cycle
- Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio
- Portfolio of previous work
- Exceptional written, oral communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, team focused and extremely detail-oriented
- Must posses our core values of Integrity, Innovation and Teamwork
