Roles and Responsibilities:
- Involved in overall delivery of the project that includes more than one BSS component – CRM, Billing, Mediation, Activation
- Follow the change control procedure.
- Reports on issues and risks.
- Responsible for Customer expectation Management.
Experience Required:
- Overall 1-4 years of IT experience
- Minimum 1+ years experience as in Implementation, preferable experience in Telecom BSS COTS project – CRM and/or Billing
- Competencies include UNIX, PL SQL and Java.
Academic / Educational Requirements:
- BCS or BS / MCS or MS in Computer Science / Software Engineering
