Qualification : BS/MCS/MIS/MBA from a good foreign university (US, UK, Western Europe)
Experience : 5+ years
Job Description:
1. Responsible for following up with the product development road-map set by the company by coordinating between Sales, Development, QA and Support.
2. Involved in setting up Strategic direction based on customer’s needs and business requirements
3. Making presentations for senior managements showing implication of product development plans and any positive and negative impacts
4. Involved in discussing requirements with the clients and hence understands the client’s expectation and point of view
5. Experience of leading a team comprising of technical and support staff for product development
6. Defining and planning product lines and product enhancements
7. Managing product contracts and sales
8. Setting strategic direction based on customer needs and business goals
9. Interpreting strategic goals into operational tasks
10. Making proposals to senior management regarding implications of proposed plans
11. Serving as a representative to internal and external clients. Taking the lead in establishing tactical plans and objectives
12. Developing and implementing administrative and operational matters ensuring achievement of objectives
13. Evaluating risks and trade-offs
14. Proposing contingency plans
15. Analyzing business processes and creating applications to improve or support those processes
16. Branding
17. Working with graphic designers to create look and feel
18. Defining navigational flow and user experience
19. Defining feature sets and scooping releases
20. Be go getters with a never say die attitude
21. Excellent communication skills.
