Job Title: Senior Consultant

Reporting to: HR Division Manager

Supervises: Junior consultants

Department: HR Services

Purpose Statement:

Provision of HR SAP consulting services to new and existing clients via new implementations/service work and support

Job Responsibilities

  • Implementation of X10.HR/Payroll Express and follow-on service offerings
    • On-going maintenance/continuous improvement of Extend Technologies’ X10/HR Payroll Express packaged solution
  • Business development
    • Through client based work, professional contacts, etc. create and develop opportunities for further work
  • Provision of support to existing clients
    • Support to clients via Helpdesk or direct on site support as required
  • Maintenance of X10.HR/Payroll Express
    • Maintenance and continuous improvement of system functionality
    • Maintenance and continuous improvement of related documentation, including implementation and end user related material.

Qualifications & Certifications

  • SAP training certification
  • HR management qualifications

Critical Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Expert level user knowledge of SAP Payroll processing; SAP menus, etc.
  • Advanced SAP HR configuration abilities across PA, OM, PY (Aus/NZ), Time Management, Terminations at release ECC5, ECC6.
  • Implementation experience (at least 3yrs and/or 3 end to end implementations or comparable)
  • System support experience
  • Upgrade experience.
  • Customer service experience i.e. the ability to effectively provide services in a client facing context
  • Data migration experience (mapping, cleansing, upload, reconciliation_
  • MS office skills

Desirable Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • SAP HR configuration experience across OM, PD, EH&S, ESS/MSS and Portals for HR, BW for HR
  • Configuration experience in PY NZ, Hong Kong, China
  • End user training experience
  • Team Leading experience
  • Template implementation/roll-out experience
  • Pre-sales/demonstration experience
  • Familiarity with MS Project
