Responsibilities:

- Close coordination with Business Development Team, while meeting with clients to determine high level requirements and definition of project scope.

- Engage Subject Matter experts within organization for analyzing, designing and architecting Enterprise scale integrated solutions. (Must be able to learn quickly about various Industries, Solutions and underlying Technologies up to a level which can help in future solution design)

- Articulate company’s products and solutions to customer’s Business & IT Management tier

- Client demos, solution definition and consulting, Proof of Concept engagements, product evangelizing and product integration scenarios.

- Assist with Product / Solution roadmap definition and identifying new offerings based on the inputs derived from the customers and the latest market trends. (Strategic Commercial Research)

- Should be willing to travel within Pakistan

Business domain exposure of one or more of the following Industries would be a major plus

- Government

- Financial Services (Banking, Financial Markets, Insurance)

- Healthcare (Hospitals, Pharmaceuticals)

- Manufacturing (Textile, Chemicals, Automobile, Oil & Gas)

- Services (Telecommunication)

Exposure of one or more of the following Solutions is essential

- ERP, SCM, CRM

- BI and Data Warehouse

- Custom Application development (J2EE and .NET)

- Business Process Management

- Enterprise Content Management

- Messaging and Collaboration

- Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery

- IT Infrastructure and Systems Management

Soft Skills:-

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science with good Business knowledge (MBA degree preferred) and 3+ years of relevant experience preferably after graduation.

- Strong analytical and effective problem solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication (English and Urdu)

- Must be presentable and have good Presentation skills

- Work well with teams or in a team environment

- Strong initiative

- Self-motivated

- Professional
