Knowledge:

• Formalizing started processes procedures explicit checkpoints to optimize efficiency effectiveness.
• The Web Designer must have a practical sense of design. Designs must have an emphasis on usability and communicating marketing messages. The Web Designer must also be able to implement their designs and do front end web development.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Dreamweaver (must be able to write HTML code easily without a WYSIWYG editor) and CSS is required.

Responsibilities:

* Code, test and document software to agreed time scales,functional specifications and department standards
* Constructively review other team members ¦ contributions
* Work with the Support and QA functions to ensure the timely resolution of issues
* Participate in design reviews to set and maintain department standards

Knowledge & Experience:

* Excellent understanding of Microsoft .NET framework technologies, in particular: C#.NET (some VB.NET) ideally 3 years+ experience (though for exceptional candidates aptitude is more important than experience)
* Good understanding of relational database design using Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005
* Sound knowledge of OOA/OOD, especially the use of design patterns
* Advantageous experience: web services, XML, WSE, SOA, systems integration, CF.NET, ASP.NET and web design skills
* Good technical academic background with a track record of innovation
* Experience working in a structured team environment on enterprise software development
* Hands on SCSF, WPF, Workflow, WCF will be preferred
