Requirements:
- BCS/MCS graduate from a good recognized institution.
- 4~5 yrs proven experience in J2EE, JAVA, JSF, and Hibernate.
- Deliver high-quality work while following project timelines.
- Strong priority and results orientation, with attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with other developers.
- Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
Job Description:
- Oversees and coordinates the day-to-day activities of technical staff, to include work allocation, training, and problem resolution; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
- Oversees and ensures the timely and efficient provision of high quality technical work.
- Responds to inquiries and resolves problems.
- Investigate and analyze information and draw conclusions.
- Supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
- Hands on technical leader that will be involved in technical individual contribution and technical leadership of the team.
- Define, develop, implement and maintain best practices and structured development processes to improve productivity and ensure high quality work product
