Job Description:
Our Client, a large group, Consumer Credit Bureau, working with customer data of financial institutions of Pakistan(In business since June, 2001, Partners with the International Finance Corporation for upgrading bureau operations, in line with the best international practices) is looking for a Manager MIS / Customer Support for its head office in Karachi. The job responsibilities involve looking after a team of 8 - 10 officers who are interacting with member banks in collecting, validating and trouble shooting of data being added by member banks to the bureau. Candidate should have strong interpersonal and writing skills, solid academic base in MIS related field with IT background. Candidate should have at least 3 – 4 years of relevant experience and maturity to handle assignments.
