Our Client, a large group in Bahrain is looking for System Support Engineers with following skill set and requirements:

Job Title: System Support Engineer

Qualification: BSC in IT or Engineering - Must be SUN Solaris certified

Experience: Minimum 2-4 years

Requirements :

• Experience in installation, configuration, & trouble shooting of SUN SPARC and HP-UX based system.
• Should be familiar with workgroup, Enterprise system and Enterprise storage system of both SUN product line.
• Extensive knowledge and implementation experience with Veritas volume manager, Veritas net backup, solstice disk suite, open view data protector and sun cluster 3.1.
• Must be SUN Solaris certified & knowledge in CASA, Linux, OS, SCO operating will be an added advantage.

R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S
These include but are not limited to;

• Design and update Web pages
• Interface and wire-frames of Web-based and mobile software applications.
• Maintain integrity & consistency of designs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Design marketing & corporate collaterals and their supporting diagrams and illustrations.
• Design document layouts for brochures, datasheets, whitepapers and manuals.
• Create visually appealing icons.

D E S I G N S K I L L S

• Conceptual thinking and design.
• Fundamental grasp of design principles governing layout, type, and color.
• Ability to communicate clearly in a variety of media (textual, visual).
• Interaction Design and User Experience is a major plus.- Design and conduct focus groups for improving usability and user-experience for PixSense

T E C H N I C A L S K I L L S & S O F T W A R E S

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign.
• Macromedia Dreamweaver, Flash & Freehand.
• HTML, XHTML, XSL, CSS & JavaScript.
