JAVA Developer - Karachi
Sapphire Consulting Services is seeking a JAVA developer in Karachi – Pakistan that can transform the business requirements into technical requirements, architect a solution and see through the complete development, testing and deployment cycles. The candidate will co-ordinate with the team and other concerned personnel from the beginning of the job, till its completion.
Responsibilities:
- Familiar with SQL scripts, PL/SQL and have working experience of Oracle, SQL Server and mySQL databases.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, _JavaScript.
- Tomcat and IIS web-servers, experience of Application Servers like web sphere, web logic and jboss will be preferred.
- Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong OOP concepts and familiarity with SDLC.
Qualifications:
The candidate should at least:
- possess a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or related discipline from a recognized university
- 1+ year hands on experience in software development using the following technologies:
- Struts
- Hibernate
- JSP
- Servlets
- JSF
- JDBC
- EJB
