• At least 3 year in a challenging environment in a reputable organization
• Strong knowledge and work experience with Tivoli Storage Management (TSM)
• Strong knowledge and work experience with backup and restore workstation technologies
• Strong knowledge and work experience troubleshooting with TSM
• Strong knowledge of and work experience with the Windows NT and XP operating systems
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Exhibit strong team player qualities in a team environment
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and priorities
