Job Description:
To approve software for release only after all product issues are identified and addressed in key areas:

• Test Scripts/Test Case Writing
• Test Execution
• Test Automation
• Defect Tracking

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Insuring full compliance with standards and procedures for software’s and process
• Insuring that inadequacies in product, process or standards are brought to managements attention so that they can be fixed.
• Develop testing approach and plan
• Develop Test Specification
• Develop and maintain test cases, tools and scripts
• Conduct tests to accurately determine the status of product development.
• Provide the team with the data related to product quality.
• Track all bugs and communicate issues to insure their resolution before product release.

3D Animator (2 Positions)

• Minimum of 6 months to a year of industry experience would be preferred.
• Must be fully competent in using 3D Animation and Designing tools i.e. 3D Studio Max, Maya, etc.
• Experience in Macromedia Director, Flash and Swift 3D would be considered a plus.

Web Engineer (4 Positions)

• PHP, ASP, MySQL, Access, SQL Server, E-Commerce
• Minimum of 6 months to a year of industry experience would be preferred.
• Qualification: BCS or MCS
• Must have industry experience in working on e-commerce based projects using any of the scripting languages like PHP, ASP, JSP etc.
• Must also have some knowledge of MySQL, Access, SQL Server etc. as well.
• Experience in Macromedia Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash, Adobe Photoshop would be considered a plus.

.Net Developers (3 Positions)

• VB.NET and/or ASP.NET
• Minimum of 6 months to a year of industry experience would be preferred for developers and minimum of one to two years for senior developers.
• Qualification: BCS or MCS
• highly talented individuals with expertise and experience in ASP.NET and/or VB.Net.
• dynamic individuals who are willing to take up the challenge
• can work at their own initiative in order to get a job done within the specified time frame.

Web Designer (2 Positions)

• Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Dreamweaver, CSS, Macromedia Flash (not compulsory)
• Minimum of 6 months to a year of industry experience would be preferred for developers and minimum of one to two years for senior developers.
• Qualification: BCS or MCS
• We need highly talented individuals with expertise and experience in designing professional quality websites, with particularly expertise in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Imageready, Macromedia Dreamweaver, CSS etc.

Network Administrator (1 Postion)

• Windows Server 2003, ISA Server, Mailing Server, Microsoft Exchange Server etc.
• Minimum of 6 months to a year of industry experience would be preferred.
• Qualification: BCS or MCS

Software Quality Assurance Manager (SQA Manager)

• Academic qualification should be at least BS (Computer Science) or equivalent.
• 5+ years in software testing out of which some experience has to be with product testing.

• Knowledge / experience in test plan preparation and test case documentation
• Good understanding of Web based applications architecture & testing.
• Good understanding of automation. Should have handled/worked on 2+ automation projects.
• Using proven Quality Assurance techniques provide intuitive feedback to product managers
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to participate in multiple concurrent projects, offering Quality Assurance services across a number of projects
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
• Good Team Management and Leadership skills.

Software Quality Assurance Engineer (3 Senior & 3 Junior Positions)

• Academic qualification should be at least BS (Computer Science) or equivalent
• Well-versed in QA techniques and processes.
• Strong analytical skills, with an organized and methodical approach towards software testing
• Knowledge / experience in test plan preparation and test case documentation
• At least 3-4 years of related work experience (for senior posts).
• At least 1-2 years of work experience (for junior posts).

Technical WRITER (05 Posts)

• Academic qualification should be at least BS (Computer Science) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of technical writing work experience
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written English) is a major selection criteria
