Support Executive
PlanetBeyond, a offshore software development company, requires a Support Executive, to help monitor its live services and ensure maximum uptime
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide first line support to PlanetBeyond clients
- Monitor live services
- Troubleshooting service issue / problems
- Preparing reports and stats
- Hardware setup / software installation
Job Requirements
- BS CS / IT
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
- An interest in Computer Networking
- A good understanding of Databases (SQL)
- Ability to do shift work
