Support Executive

PlanetBeyond, a offshore software development company, requires a Support Executive, to help monitor its live services and ensure maximum uptime

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide first line support to PlanetBeyond clients
  • Monitor live services
  • Troubleshooting service issue / problems
  • Preparing reports and stats
  • Hardware setup / software installation

Job Requirements

  • BS CS / IT
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • An interest in Computer Networking
  • A good understanding of Databases (SQL)
  • Ability to do shift work
