Service Quality Assurance Coordinator/officer

We have following permanent vacant position in Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad for a Commercial Bank.

1. Three positions of Service Quality Assurance Coordinator/officer

Specification:

  • Monitoring of S&Q benchmarks
  • Conduct Customer surveys, spot checks etc.
  • Conduct trainings/workshops for branch staff/others
  • Conduct mystery shopping.
  • Monitoring of training session.
  • MIS maintenance & report submission to the S&Q Analyst.
  • Regular input in S&Q manuals/booklets (formulate new manuals).
  • Highlighting gaps (with cause & effect analysis) to the analyst for improvement and assist in minimizing

Education:

  • MBA Marketing

Experience:

  • 2 to 5 Years of Business Development

Skills:

  • Has extensive customer service experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
  • Has branch banking experience / knowledge.
  • Extensive knowledge of SPB products.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Excellent Communication verbal & nonverbal
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated

Salary & Benefits:
16K to 100K (Commensurate with qualification, essential skills and experience)
