Application, Web Developer & SQA Manager - Karachi

The candidate should at least possess a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or related discipline from a recognized university with at least (6 Month + 1 yr) hands on experience in software development using the following technologies:
JAVA/J2EE Developer:
- Strong JAVA/J2EE skills; Experience with object oriented development using UML;
- Strong knowledge in
- Java, EJB, RMI, JDBC, JNDI, JSP, Servlets, Struts, Hibernate, JSF, XML, & HTML.
ASP Developer:
- Strong SQL skills writing stored procedures (Microsoft SQL Server )
- Thorough understanding of C# platform and .NET
- Proficient in ASP.NET
- Excellent understanding of how the web works at a protocol and standards level
- Strong OO capabilities, best practices, process, design patterns
- XML/Web services. XSLT transformation
- Experience in front end coding such as XHTML, CSS, JavaScript and XML
- Experience with Microsoft Web Technologies such as IIS 5/6, Windows
- 2000/2003/2005 Server, and development tools (i.e. Visual Studio, etc.)
- Microsoft certifications (MCSD, MCSD.NET, MCP, etc.) a definite plus.
- Candidate must have excellent analytical, communication, verbal, and written skills.
Software Quality Assurance(SQA Manager):
- Well-versed in QA techniques and processes.
- Knowledge / experience in test plan preparation and test case documentation Good understanding of Web based applications architecture & testing.
- Good understanding of automation.
- Should have handled/worked on 2+ automation projects.
- Using proven Quality Assurance techniques provide intuitive feedback to product managers Good communication skills.
- Ability to participate in multiple concurrent projects, offering Quality Assurance services across a number of projects Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
- Good Team Management and Leadership skills. Good Conflict resolving skills.
