Application Architect (Java)
Total 8+ years of experience and at least 4+ years of experience as a Team-Lead in development of object oriented technologies specially JAVA with a complete understanding of J2EE Technology, java security model , web services, distributed transactions, clustering of application, App server experience, database servers and architecture of high volume financial applications.

The candidate must have adequate experience in RUP and extreme programming paradigms and familiarity with the use of various tools for code quality like JProbe, Jmeter, and Rational PurifyPlus etc.

Senior Software Engineers (Java)

• A degree in computer sciences or equivalent
• 3+ years experience in software engineering, including analysis and design
• Expertise in Java, especially in J2EE and related technologies
• Preference will be given to candidates with hands on experience with APIs and frameworks like Web Services, Java network programming, Struts and Hibernate etc.
• Ability to think in objects and patterns

Associate Project Manager

• BCS / MCS
• 4+ years experience in software engineering with at least 1+ year experience in project management
• Sound knowledge of project management discipline. Knowledge of PMBOK would be a plus
• Sound knowledge of SDLC and good understanding of software engineering methodologies
• Skills in MS Project or related tool, Visio and MS Office
• Senior SQA Engineers
• BCS / MCS
• 3+ years of professional experience
• Should have good programming and communication skills

Software Engineers (Java)

• BCS / MCS
• Fresh 2 years of professional experience
• Expertise in Java, especially in J2EE and related technologies
• Preference will be given to candidates with hands on experience with APIs and frameworks like Web Services, EJB, and Java
• network programming, Struts and Hibernate etc.
• Ability to think in objects and patterns
• Strong problem solving abilities and out of the box thinking

Associate Software Quality Engineer

• BCS or an equivalent degree
• Sound knowledge of software engineering processes
• Understanding of standards and process frameworks like ISO 9001:2000 and CMMI would be preferable
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Active listener and keen observer
• Excellent communication skills

Software Engineers (Database)

• BCS / MCS
• Around 2 years of working experience in databases like Oracle /SQL Server/Informix etc. as DBA or database developer.
• Should possess good domain of database concepts, design & RDBMS architecture.
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix platforms will be a big advantage.
• Working knowledge of database designing tools like Erwin/Visio etc.

Client Services Representatives:

• Bachelors degree
• Strong customer orientation
• Computer proficiency especially in the use of web based systems
• Good written and oral ENGLISH communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and team skills
• Prior customer service experience would be preferred
